Yes. A 50% deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event date.

Amped Obstacles Mobile understands that weather can be unpredictable. If unsafe conditions are forecasted prior to your event, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule your booking based on availability or discuss alternative options, including moving to a suitable indoor location. Cooler temperatures alone typically do not prevent us from operating outdoor events. However, we strongly recommend rescheduling or securing an indoor backup location in the case of heavy rain, thunderstorms, snow, high winds, extreme heat, or other severe weather conditions. For the safety of participants and staff, Amped Mobile reserves the right to pause, delay, or cancel setup or event operations at any time if weather conditions are deemed unsafe. This decision is made at the sole discretion of our trained staff and may include, but is not limited to, excessive rain, lightning, hail, strong winds, extreme heat, or snow. If weather conditions arise during the event, operations will be temporarily suspended until it is safe to resume. Once Amped Obstacles has arrived onsite and begun setup, no refunds will be issued due to changes in weather. The event host remains responsible for the full contracted event fee regardless of usage interruptions caused by weather. Safety is always our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a secure and professional experience for all participants.

Yes. Amped Obstacles carries full commercial general liability insurance for all mobile events. We follow strict safety protocols, provide trained supervision, and can supply a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming your organization as additionally insured upon request.
